The Living Room

Welcome to The Living Room.

A new space in the heart of downtown St. Thomas available to rent to help with all your hosting needs. We specialize in bridal and wedding showers, an array of different parties (birthday, anniversary, retirement, Christmas, etc), pop up shops, workshops and much more.

We are not only here to provide you a space for your gathering but we are also here to help make it an event to remember. If you need any assistance in arranging catering, decorations, personalized touches or even gift ideas for the person of honour please reach out to us. We are happy to help make your event one of a kind.

Our introductory pricing offers: (available for events held before January 1, 2020)

  • $60/hour and a half

  • $125/4 hours (half day)

  • $250/8 hours (full day)

All prices plus tax. Additional fee of $20 per half hour for additional time

  • Book The Nook for $50 per hour

  • For all events over 4 hours we are happy to provide a 20% discount!

Need more space? Add the Hair Nook (cleaned of all hairstyling accessories) to your Living Room rental for extra space during your event for only $40.


Photo Nook

Welcome to the Photo Nook.

Located at the back of The Nook this white pine board, naturally lit studio is a perfect place for local photographers looking for clean, inviting and neutral studio space. Our studio is unfurnished but we do offer minimal props as well as access to some furniture located around The Nook should it be needed.

The Photo Nook is perfect for styled mini sessions and branding shoots.

Our introductory pricing offers:

  • $40/hour and a half

  • $100/4 hours (half day)

  • $200/8 hours (full day)

Additional fee of $20 per half hour for additional time

Hair & Bridal Nook

Welcome to the Hair and Bridal Nook.

During the week our Hair Nook is used as a salon by Joanne Hart. If you are looking for a new hairstylist please contact us as Joanne is currently taking new clients. Feel free to visit her Facebook page here.

In addition, when combined with The Living Room the Hair Nook turns into the most beautiful space for brides, and her girls, to use as they get ready for the big day.

The Bridal Nook is a space for brides to not only have their hair and makeup done but it offers a place to relax and socialize as the bride-to-be eases into one of the busiest and special days of her life. We have a larger dressing area with a full-length mirror, a kitchenette for a light lunch or snack, many great areas for pictures as well as a great vibe and ambience for all to enjoy.

At The Nook we want to make sure brides are taken care of. If you would like to add in the services of our resident hairstylist or photographer, or if you need our assistance in bringing in food and drink just let us know. We are happy to help make the morning before the main event something to remember.

The Bridal Nook is $400 plus tax. This includes full access to The Nook and all our amenities, refreshments as well as a light snack provided by The Nook, hairstyling and makeup stations for hairstylist and makeup artist and much more!

Rental includes the following amenities:

  • Full access to kitchenette, mini refrigerator and all supplies (plates, glassware, serving platters, drink containers, utensils, etc)

  • Access to all furniture in The Living Room, additional seating available upon request

  • 55” 4K-UHD Television (“The Frame by Samsung) available for photo customization and Netflix. Chromecast mobile device streaming for audio (Spotify), video and images (coming soon - ask about availability for your next event!)

  • Tables available upon request, complete with table cloths

  • Access to bathroom

  • Free High-Speed WIFI access for all attendees

  • Bluetooth speakers (x2) available for music streaming (speakers can be placed throughout The Nook for an audio experience that flows across all spaces during your event)

  • Children toys (including mini kitchen) and highchair available upon request

  • Garbage bag will be included for any mess accumulated
